Free UK standard delivery on all orders over £40 or £3.95 on orders under £40. Delivery within 3-5 working days or up to 7 working days during sale and promotional periods (inc November to December for Christmas). Excluding Channel islands.

International shipping is £8.95 on all orders. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery on international orders.

Should your item arrives damaged or something is not correct, please have a photo to show the damage.
Pop your item in the post within 14 days of purchase, with the ddress provided by us. Unfortunatley we can only cover shipping costs if there is a problem with your orde. Should this be the case we will send you a pre-paid return label to your address. Your refund will be completed within 14 days of us receiving the package.

Guidelines for essential oils
Essential oils are very potent and should be used with care and caution.
Diffusers
• Dilute – you only need to add a few drops of your chosen essential oil to the diffuser alongside water. If you are combining more than 1 essential oil, 6 drops maximum in total in our diffusers
In addition
• Never apply essential oils directly to skin – dilute in a carrier oil always carry out a patch before use to avoid skin irritation
• Avoid sensitive areas such as your eyes
• Avoid if Pregnant (unless from a profession medical body)
• When in doubt always seek medical approval

Other uses of essential oils
• Compresses
• Applied to tissue
• Bath – certain surfaces may corrode with essential oils
• Massage mediums
• Skin Care
Dilution is key – there are only a few oils that can be applied directly to the skin – lavender and tea tree but again you need to carry out patch test as we all have different skin sensitivities
Our essential oils are colour coded so that you can see at a quick glance their magical benefits.

Yellow – top notes – uplifting, cleansing refreshing
Blue – middle notes – balancing harmonising clarifying
Red – base notes – Calming relaxing sedative spiritual connection
Store your product in a cool dry area, once opened, make sure you close the top securely to avoid the oil from evapourating, and use within 12 months.
